A: yes we do charge a restocking fee of 20% for items that are no longer wanted or items to be found in working condition that our returned to us. Please keep in mind we test all parts here 3 times 2 times at the factory and 1 time when they reach our warehouse. Original shipping is not refundable. if there is a mistake on our end will send you a return shipping label so you can return the item cost free. Refunds will be given for 30 days after purchase date minus 20% and original shipping cost. After 30 days parts are for exchange only.
